EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE WEEK!

Each day has 2 questions for your child to answer. Have them write down or share the answer then use the “spell out your workout” handout to complete the exercises for each letter of the answer! For example: “What is your favorite animal?” If the answer is “dog” they would do 10 high knees, 5 pushups, and 10 forward arm circles! For additional exercise, feel free to ask more questions or encourage them to spell challenging words!
