Monday May 4
Fitness: Complete this circuit 3 times. Take a 1-2 minute rest break after each round!
- 15 squats
- 10 pushups
- 10 supermans
- 20 jumping jacks
- 20 crunches

Tuesday May 5: Cinco de Mayo!
Fitness: Dance it out! Here is a kid friendly 30 minute dance video!
Activity: Read and learn about Cinco de Mayo! This is a holiday that celebrates Mexican culture, not to be confused with their Independence Day!

Wednesday May 6th
Fitness: Todays goal- get outside and try to travel 1-2 miles by foot, bike, scooter, whatever! You can make this into a game by having a scavenger hunt in your neighborhood,
Activity: DIY Dinosaur Crafts
Thursday May 7th!
Exercise: Time trial! Complete each of the following activities for 60 seconds. Count how many repetitions you can do in 60 seconds. We will do this again in a few weeks to see how much stronger you are!
- Squats

- Steps running in place
Activity: Color Scavenger Hunt
Try to find an item in your home that is each of the following colors. Then go outside and see if you can find items in your yard or neighborhood that are the same colors!
- Red
- Blue
- White
- Black
- Silver
- Gold
- Yellow
- Purple
- Orange
- Neon colored
- Gray
Friday May 8th!
Exercise: Here is a tough one! High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a great way to stay active if you only have a few minutes to spare! Check out this 20 minute high energy workout that is guaranteed to have you dripping with sweat!
Activity: Take a break from the school/learning games and check out your favorite TV characters in their online games!
Saturday May 9th!
Exercise: Let’s make todays exercise functional and helpful. Have your kids pick a room to help clean in your home. Give them a time limit and see how much they can get done (ex: put away toys, put books on the book shelf, load the dishwasher, help give the dog a bath). If they complete it in the time allotted time, you can use it as a reward for extra screen time, or any other system you have in your home.
Activity: Healthy Cookie Energy Bites

HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY!
Todays activity will be to make a home made Mother’s day card for your mom, grandma, or any important role models in your life! Here are some ideas of what you can include in your card:
- Tell her your favorite meal she makes
- Your favorite activity to do together
- A fun memory
- What she does to make you feel safe and loved
- Something you look forward to doing with her this summer!
