Kid’s Workout Calendar August 4th – 9th!

Hello! HAPPY AUGUST!

Once again…. WOW! another month flew by! I can’t believe school starts in ONE MONTH! So much to do before the big return! Here are your activities for the week! This week we are going back to daily exercise! Use the “spell out your workout” posted below. Answer the daily questions to find out what your workout will be! Also, check out the videos posted at the end of the week! They are great for relaxation, stretching, and overall wellness!

 

TUESDAY:

1- What is your favorite summer activity? (mine is swimming!)

2- Which fruit is better: watermelon or strawberries?

 

Wednesday!

1- If you could name a sports team, what would you name it? You can use the town you live in to help you decide! For example, I would call mine the ‘Madison Musketeers!”

2- What is the best snack food? (mmm popcorn!)

 

Thursday

1- What is your school mascot?

2- What is the name of the city/town you were born in?

 

Friday 

1- What is your favorite thing to drink on a hot day? (I LOVE strawberry lemonade!)

2- What is the most useful school supply?

 

Saturday 

1- If Ironman and Super Man had an arm wrestling match, who would win?

2- Name a store that sells school supplies!

Sunday

1- What is your favorite holiday? Why? (you don’t have to spell out the ‘why!’)

2- What is the name of the school you will be attending this year?
