Monday February 1: Workout!
Tuesday February 2: Breakfast recipe!
This recipe has become a staple in our home! You’ll need 2 bananas, 3 eggs, 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder!
Mix 3 eggs and baking powder in a bowl! In a separate bowl, mash up the bananas (not too smashed, more chunky!). Mix egg batter and bananas together. Add a dash of cinnamon if you like! Cook 4 small pancakes on the skillet on medium heat! Top with syrup or peanut butter! Enjoy!
Wednesday February 3: Math practice!
Last week I worked with a kiddo using “Splash learn” to help enhance math skills. The games are kid friendly and age-appropriate by grade level!
Thursday February 4th: learn a new skill!
Today, think of a new skill you want to learn. Start researching ideas for learning- YouTube, books, talking to family members. What will you choose? Crack an egg with one hand? Sing a song in French? Learn how to cook the perfect piece of French toast?
Friday February 5th: Practice your new skill!
