Gary is the Business Administrator and Co-Owner for HOPE – Child and Family Counseling. His support and passion for the agency have been vital to the success of the business.
Gary has a bachelor’s degree in Recreational Therapy and has worked with children, families, and young adults in a variety of social service settings throughout his career. Gary has managed federal and state funded programs to include the Evan Start Literacy Program for children and families and the Fresh Start Program in which young adults work towards their High School Diploma and career development. He was also employed by a Cooperative Education Service Agency (CESA 5) as a Service Coordinator for Portage Project/Transition Head Start Study. He has an extensive work history serving youth, young adults, and families to include a position as a Youth Care supervisor at a Residential Treatment Center in La Crosse, a Program Manager for a group home in Janesville, Supervisor at the Rock County Detention Center, and Online Learning Coach for the School District of Beloit to go along with various athletic coaching positions.
