Jackeleen is a Rockford Promise Scholar entering her third year at Northern Illinois University, where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance. As a Receptionist and Program Assistant at HOPE, her goal is to create a welcoming environment by treating everyone with kindness, empathy, and compassion.

Jackeleen originally dreamed of studying criminology, but after entering the business world, she discovered a passion for finance. She also enjoys giving back to her community through Huskie Harvest, a nonprofit organization that helps address food insecurity among NIU students while reducing food waste.

Outside the office, Jackeleen enjoys watching crime shows, traveling to new places, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
